Elder Young in front of our NEW Diggs! We have been here for four months and settling in to thee routine |

These are some of the neat peeps we serve with as missionaries, local employees and BYU-H students. We stand in the doorway of the Mission home in our "adorable" matching outfits....muu muus and shirts!

Mike only wears a skirt when it's Propa!

We've enjoyed devotionals from the various Islands that are part of the "old" PCC Island area. They are amazing students, models of Polynesian Saints with wonderful stories and testimonies.

Laie Temple in the background has an amazing Historic story and purpose of the Gathering Place for the Island Saints of Jesus Christ!
Louise on the bank of the PCC Lagoon. Site of the famous Lagoon Pageant where each Island performs their native dances and costumes.
These two are favorite friends we first served with in Nauvoo....now Hawaii!

A full moon over the Pacific Ocean couldn't be more romantic and beautiful.....below this Mother hen of 12 baby chicks nestles them under her wings right in the middle of the Banyan Restaurant of the PCC, (look close and you can see their little feet under their mama) Chicken's rule the Roost!

New Zealand (Aoreatora) performs their ancient rituals and songs...several of these students were in our singles ward. We were later transferred to a different ward and were sad to leave them.

They say never turn your back on a wave but he only had to "lift his drawers" a few inches to keep dry!

Some of thee products and ties we sew in the Mission Home and there is our dear friend Ellen Johnson making another towel. What fun it was to serve with Ellen a few hours a day....what sadness it was when they left to return home in April.

We have had some surprise visits and many of our friends come to visit. These Johnson's, Carol and Jonny, were fun friends we served with in Nauvoo the last 6 months we were there.....never to be forgotten. Wow.....are we lucky!!!!......Below Mike and I are taking tickets at one of the Luau's. All of the missionaries both BYU-H and PCC rotate each night but Sunday's to meet, greet and take tickets from our "World-Wide Guests". We meet people from all over the world.
